Family Resource Centers Network of California

The Family Resource Centers Network of California (FRCNCA) is a coalition of California’s 47 Family Resource Centers with a mission to support families of children with disabilities, special healthcare needs, and those at risk. Our purpose is to provide supportive services, resources and training to families with children 0-3 who are at risk for or are experiencing delays or disabilities. We strive to enhance parent awareness by connecting them with the right services in their community and promote parent and professional collaboration by recognizing the family’s pivotal role in the decision-making process and utilizing their strengths. Through our coalition, we are committed to the continuance, expansion, promotion, and quality of family-centered, parent-directed, family resource centers.
