About
The Family Resource Center Network of California (FRCNCA) is a statewide network of Family Resource Centers dedicated to improving the lives of children with disabilities and their families. With 47 Early Start Family Resource Centers throughout California, FRCNCA provides opportunities for staff and directors to attend high-quality professional development and connect with other professionals in the field. Their goal is to support Early Start Family Resource Centers in making it easier for families to navigate, advocate, and access resources. FRCNCA is a fiscally sponsored program of Heluna Health and offers parent-to-parent support, coaching, and mentoring to families of young children (birth-3).
