Founded in 2016, the practice provides therapeutic services at their centers, daycares, and in-home settings. Their goal is to partner with families and other providers to positively impact the lives of their clients and their families. Every Piece Counts accepts most major commercial insurances, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), and Cigna. They have multiple locations in NJ, including Livingston, Pine Brook, and Rockaway, with the Rockaway location opening in July 2026. The practice is led by Chief Clinical Officer Kim Donaghy, MA, BCBA, LBA, who oversees the organization's daily administrative and clinical operations. Every Piece Counts' team of experienced professionals, including Revenue & Finance Manager Tina Barone, HR & Scheduling Manager Kristine Del Ray, Client Relations Manager Thea Horowitz, M.A., and Quality & Training Coordinator Gabrielle Casalino, M.A., BCBA, work together to provide quality care to their clients and their families.
