Ethan's approach is informed by Attachment Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, Narrative Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. He is a harm-reductionist at heart and consistently works towards expanding his practices of social justice and equity. Ethan's goal is to create a safe and trusting connection with his clients, allowing them to feel supported and affirmed for who they are. He believes that healing and growth are cycles that happen in a relationship or community built on trust, empathy, and accountability. Ethan's services include individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, child therapy, teen therapy, addiction therapy, anxiety therapy, depression therapy, EMDR, experiential intensives, and group therapy.
