About
She creates a warm, nonjudgmental space for clients to heal from trauma, whether from childhood experiences, relational wounds, or acute events. Esme's approach draws on EMDR, parts work (IFS-informed), and somatic practices to support nervous system regulation and long-term integration. She also incorporates ecotherapy and animal-assisted interventions, recognizing the powerful grounding and insight that nature and animals can bring. As a queer therapist, Esme holds space for all identities with a holistic, anti-oppressive, and relational lens. Her goal is to support clients in moving toward a more connected, authentic life. Esme serves individuals and families in Denver and online across CO, UT, OH, and ME, offering a range of services including individual and family therapy, ecotherapy, and animal-assisted interventions. She is committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment for her clients to explore their experiences and tend to the parts of themselves that need care.
