With a background in the Marines and a passion for mental health, Ernest brings a unique integrative approach to his practice, considering all aspects of the client. He is particularly drawn to Systems Theory, Person Centered Theory, and strengths-based approaches. Ernest's expertise includes anger management, anxiety, behavioral issues, coping skills, and depression. He is dedicated to providing counseling services to high-risk groups, such as veterans, domestic violence, abuse, and trauma victims. His goal is to contribute to positive change in mental health care and reduce the stigma associated with it through psychoeducation.
