With over 15 years of experience as a clinician, she specializes in relational therapy, individual counseling for adolescent girls and women who experience trauma, negative self-worth, and relationship development. Erin also provides grief counseling and women's health services. She has been trained by the National Initiative for Trauma Education and Workforce Development and is a licensed clinical social worker. Erin's approach focuses on empowering women and girls, and she has conducted research on adolescent girls' understanding of self-worth. She is the former co-chair of the Council on the Role and Status of Women in Social Work Education and a board member for Martha's Kayak, a nonprofit that provides free kayaking experiences to people battling breast cancer. Erin offers individual, couples, family, and group counseling, as well as clinical supervision to BSW and MSW students and licensed master social workers. She is available for online sessions and has a few slots available for people seeking a sliding-scale fee.
