About
This leap involves facing fears, diving into the unknown, and embracing uncertainty. Erin Miller, the founder, has over a decade of experience in various mental health positions and specializes in trauma and PTSD, addiction, and infertility. She employs EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, and strength-based techniques in her work. Cadence Counseling offers in-person and telehealth appointments, and a subset of their clients are reserved for a sliding scale fee to help remove financial barriers in seeking help. The practice serves individuals, couples, and families, including those with LGBTQ affirming, kink-friendly, and multicultural issues. Erin Miller's goal is to help clients grow from their struggles, heal from their pain, and move forward to where they want to be in their life.
