With over 15 years of experience as a child, couples, and family therapist, Eric specializes in counseling individuals who dislike traditional talk and telehealth therapies, particularly boys, men, and neurodiverse individuals. The practice emphasizes wellness and the importance of connecting with nature, using trauma and somatically-informed approaches to help clients heal and restore their mental health and vitality. Wild Wellness offers outpatient and intensive retreat services within the community's lands, lakes, and rivers, and Eric maintains a mobile office to work with clients in nature-rich settings. The practice also incorporates ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and offers a highly personalized approach tailored to each client's needs.
