At Equest Center for Therapeutic Riding, Inc., we offer therapeutic riding for individuals with special needs to help them gain a sense of independence and freedom. Our experienced team utilizes well-trained horses to provide a unique rehabilitative experience for individuals of all ages. Our program is designed to help those with physical, cognitive, developmental, and social/emotional disabilities. When riding, individuals can forget about their wheelchairs, braces, and crutches and take part in activities disguised as fun. We are passionate about bringing joy and a sense of accomplishment to our riders and their families. Our team is dedicated to helping our riders reach their full potential, whether that be by improving strength, balance, coordination, confidence, or communication.
