Envision is a Community Centered Board (CCB) serving Weld County, Colorado. We are one of the twenty CCBs in the state and provide a single point of entry into local, state, and federally funded programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our services include Case Management, Early Intervention Services, Program Services, and Family Support Services. We strive to provide quality, comprehensive, and accessible care to all those in need of our services. Our commitment is to make sure everyone in our community has the resources and support to live a fulfilling life.
