The center works in collaboration with community partners to provide comprehensive services to those living and working in the Treasure Valley. Families ETC also serves as a training facility for advanced graduate students in a masters of counseling degree program, with all counseling supervised by licensed professional counselors holding masters or doctoral degrees in counseling or psychology.

Families ETC does not bill insurance. All services are billed on a sliding fee basis.
