As one of the few providers in Louisiana to receive training from the International Association for Eating Disorder Professionals, Emma is equipped to address a range of disordered eating issues, including restricting, bingeing, and body image disorders. She works with adolescents, young adults, and adult clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals. Emma's approach to counseling is rooted in cognitive-behavioral theory, exploring the connection between thoughts, actions, and problem-solving. Her practice is aligned with the principles of HAES (Health at Every Size), and she is working towards her Certified Eating Disorder Specialist certification through the International Association for Eating Disorder Professionals.
