Emily has prior experience working with youth in psychiatric residential treatment care as a therapist. Her interests and experiences include clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, self-harm, suicide, and grief. She strives to empower clients to create change by assisting in recognizing stressors, teaching prosocial skills, and developing plans to combat distress.
