Emily uses Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based, and Gottman-informed approaches to help her clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, pregnancy/postpartum, and relationship challenges. Her goal is to create a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their experiences, identify patterns, and develop strategies to reach their desired life and relationships. Emily currently accepts new telehealth clients and plans to offer in-person sessions in the spring.
