Emily provides a supportive and nonjudgmental environment for adolescents and adults to explore these experiences while remaining connected to their faith and values. Her goal is to provide a safe, affirming space where clients can process challenges, deepen self-awareness, and move forward with confidence and peace. Emily's approach focuses on strengthening coping skills, addressing feelings of shame or self-doubt, and developing a more compassionate relationship with oneself. She works with clients to achieve greater self-understanding, emotional balance, and alignment between their personal goals and spiritual beliefs. Emily is located at Executive Parkway in Lehi, UT.
