Unfortunately, Xplor Counseling of Hawaii has permanently closed its doors on February 25, 2026. If you were a patient who received prescriptions from them, you can still have virtual (telehealth) visits for prescription refills until March 31st, 2026. However, if you wish to continue treatment, you will need to find a new provider as soon as possible. For names of providers in your area, you may contact your medical plan/behavioral health insurance company, a hospital referral service, a community mental health agency, or a professional association or provider locator such as psychologytoday.com. Be sure to look for a provider who accepts your insurance coverage.
