Authentic Hope: Center for Peace and Empowerment is a nonprofit counseling center located in Corvallis, Oregon, providing affordable mental health services throughout Benton County and the mid-Willamette Valley. They offer individual therapy for adults, children, teens, and young adults, specializing in trauma recovery, anxiety, grief, and chronic illness. Treatment may include EMDR, play therapy, sand tray therapy, CBT, ACT, DBT, and mindfulness-based practices. The center is an LGBTQ+ affirming practice and provides a safe and accepting environment for clients and their families. They work with clients to explore their needs and take small steps towards big change, utilizing various techniques to heal hearts, bodies, and spirits.
