Edward M. Donnelly is the medical director of the stroke program at Newport Hospital, a certified primary stroke center that meets rigorous national standards for stroke patient care. He is a graduate of Dartmouth Medical School, and completed a fellowship in clinical neurophysiology and residency in neurology at Rhode Island Hospital. Dr. Donnelly is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and his office is located in the Borden Carey Building at Newport Hospital.
