Eastern Oregon Center for Independent Living (EOCIL) is a non-profit organization that strives to empower individuals with disabilities and seniors in The Dalles-Columbia Gorge Community College area. Our mission is to promote independent living, self-determination and access to services that provide quality of life and equal opportunities for people with disabilities. We offer a range of services including information and referral, peer support, advocacy, independent living skills training, and assistive technology resources. Our team of knowledgeable and experienced staff provide individuals with the resources and assistance needed to live independently. We also provide assistance to families, employers, and other service providers to ensure individuals with disabilities are included in the community. EOCIL is committed to promoting a more inclusive and accessible society for everyone.
