With experience in various settings, including home-based, jail, residential, school, and foster care, Dwayne uses a range of therapy models, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational interviewing, strength-based, and person-centered approaches. He specializes in helping preteens, teens, and adults navigate life's challenges, including men's issues, self-esteem, and peer relationships. Dwayne is committed to ongoing learning and development, holding a Master's degree in Social Work. He serves the Grand Rapids community from his location on Fuller Avenue Northeast.
