About
She is a fellow of the Motherhood Center and serves Westfield, Summit, Short Hills, Montclair, and all of New Jersey via telehealth. Dr. Vitiello's approach to therapy is warm and integrative, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic techniques, attachment-based work, and mindfulness practices. She also incorporates breathwork and gentle body-based techniques into her sessions as a certified yoga teacher (RYT-200). Dr. Vitiello is licensed in New Jersey and New York and is a PSYPACT provider, allowing her to see clients in 39+ states via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth. She serves moms throughout New Jersey, including those in Westfield, Summit, Short Hills, Millburn, Montclair, South Orange, Maplewood, and surrounding communities. Dr. Vitiello understands the gap between what motherhood is supposed to feel like and what it actually feels like, bringing this understanding into every session alongside years of clinical training.
