He has over 20+ years of experience working clinically with children, adolescents, and young adults and their families. Dr. Whitney's unique training and experience in clinical psychology, developmental psychology, forensic psychology, and psychometrics allow him to clearly communicate in writing and speech the basic science that supports forensic cases in the courts, in the media, and in community settings. He is a full member of the International Society of Autism Research (INSAR). Dr. Whitney serves the community through various events and conferences, including the 2026 Autism Symposium, the AACAP Annual Meeting, and the Neurology and Psychology Conference in Dubai. He is also involved with the Atlanta Autism Consortium, serving as a Co-Chair of the Board of Directors alongside Dr. Nadi Nuhu. Dr. Whitney's work focuses on supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder, particularly in areas of behavioral addiction and internet safety. He is based in Roswell, GA, and his practice offers services to individuals and families in the surrounding areas.
