Dr. Tiffany C. Anderson, a licensed therapist, uses an integrative approach that draws from various therapeutic modalities such as Attachment Theory, Psychoeducation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Person-Centered Therapy. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, emotional trauma, and relationship challenges, and is one of the few certified Imago therapists in central Mississippi. Dr. Anderson's goal is to build a genuine therapeutic relationship with her clients and create a safe, emotionally supportive environment that fosters change and growth. She offers in-person sessions at her office in Jackson, MS, and is committed to helping her clients develop the tools they need to navigate life's challenges and achieve lasting change.
