Their mission is to empower individuals by providing community-based advocacy and supportive services to those who are homeless or challenged with healthcare, substance abuse, and mental health illness. They offer a range of services, including outpatient counseling, intensive outpatient programs, peer support, mental health services, and group therapy. Dr. Young's areas of interest include mental health, substance use, and the unhoused population. She has a Master of Social Work degree and is licensed as a Clinical Social Work Associate and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate. Grace Within Transitions is located on Harps Mill Road in Raleigh, NC, and is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with Saturday appointments available by appointment only.
