With over 25 years of experience working with families and exclusively as a therapist since 2015, Dr. Frantz is here to support clients on their journey toward healing and personal growth. Having personally navigated the complexities and challenges of trauma, Dr. Frantz deeply connects to the healing potential of therapy. She creates a therapeutic environment where clients feel fully seen, supported, and safe to explore the barriers standing between them and the life and love they deserve. Dr. Frantz offers specialized services, including sex therapy, trauma therapy, and therapy for anxiety and depression. She draws from a variety of therapeutic methods to find the best fit for each client's needs and preferences. Her approach includes Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Cognitive Therapies, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Sensate Focus, and Somatic Experiencing.
