This work supports nervous system regulation, identity recalibration, and dignity restoration during periods of stress, transition, burnout, or recovery. Dr. Green's approach integrates nervous-system literacy, boundary clarity, and earth-based practices to promote stability, coherence, and embodied authority in everyday life. Her wellness offerings, including functional lifestyle support, ancestral guided repatterning, dignity and boundary frameworks, and land-based healing practices, are educational and integrative in nature.
