Dr. Melissa Gibson serves as Clinical Director and specializes in treating teens and young adults with anxiety disorders and eating disorders. She oversees the student therapist training program and provides evidenced-based intervention for her clients. Dr. Gibson's approach focuses on building a trusting and collaborative therapeutic relationship, allowing clients to understand their 'stuckness', identify their values, and learn new strategies for meaningful change. With a background in treating children, adolescents, and families, Dr. Gibson has a foundation of experience as a generalist, treating a variety of diagnoses and presenting concerns. She is authorized to practice interjurisdictional telepsychology through PSYPACT and supervises doctoral practicum trainees at the clinic.
