Dr. Lacey believes that awareness creates choice, and therapy can help clients discover their innate abilities to heal and thrive. She offers a safe and non-judgmental therapeutic environment, incorporating techniques derived from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapies tailored to each patient's needs. Dr. Lacey's approach focuses on addressing the emotional, psychological, and physical struggles associated with post-traumatic stress, depression, anger, and anxiety. She holds a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from East Carolina University and a doctorate degree in Behavioral Health (DBT) from Arizona State University.
