Dr. Linda Sterling, the founder and CEO, is a licensed counselor with a doctoral and master's degree in Sport & Counseling Psychology. She is certified by the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP) as a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC). Dr. Sterling sees clients at her office in Overland Park, KS, and online through mental health counseling tele-therapy. The practice offers a Complete Mental Game Program for athletes who want to develop a strong mindset. This program is designed to help athletes achieve their goals while enjoying the process. Sterling Sport Psychology also provides team talks and workshops for athletes and teams.
