He uses evidence-based methods such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to teach new ways to relate to difficult thoughts and feelings. Dr. Harris is licensed in both Oregon and Washington and has a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Oregon.
