Dr. Kathryn Defilippi, with over 8 years of experience as a therapist, offers individual, couples, and family therapy services. She has worked with children as young as 6 and adults past retirement, providing a wide range of support for all phases of life. Dr. Defilippi's expertise includes addiction, ADHD, alcohol use, antisocial personality, and anxiety. She also brings her degree in I/O psychology to help clients manage job burn-out and work-related stress. With a background in family-based mental health services, Dr. Defilippi understands the importance of family dynamics in healing the individual.
