Dr. Frisbie, Dr. Gerhart, and Associates is a Missouri-based counseling service founded by two expert psychologists. Dr. Frisbie was born and raised near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, earning his Bachelors degree from Missouri Southern with a major in psychology and a minor in sociology. Dr. Gerhart, meanwhile, grew up in northwest Indiana not far from Chicago, completing his Bachelors degree at Evangel University with a major in psychology and a minor in Biblical studies. Both Dr. Frisbie and Dr. Gerhart are licensed psychologists in the state of Missouri and have been certified as psychological health service providers. Dr. Frisbie is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Missouri Psychological Association, and the Police Psychological Services Section of the International Association of Chiefs of Police. With their combined expertise, Dr. Frisbie, Dr. Gerhart, and Associates provide comprehensive psychological counseling services to those in need.
