Dr. Dylan Vas, PsyD, is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in sports and performance psychology, as well as racial identity and LGBTQ+ issues. He offers both in-person and telehealth sessions, focusing on building a safe and warm space for his clients to explore their goals and values. With a gentle approach, Dr. Vas aims to make therapy productive, meaningful, and worthwhile for his clients. He is trained in generalist psychology approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and has specializations in Sport and Performance Psychology, as well as Identity-focused work. Dr. Vas has experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and various social concerns, particularly with marginalized populations. He welcomes clients of all ages, including adolescents and adults, and offers therapy services for individuals, couples, and groups.
