Their mission is to provide accessible, trauma-informed, and culturally affirming mental health services that center social justice and anti-oppressive practice. They strive to create a safe and inclusive space where individuals and communities can heal, grow, and thrive. Through therapy, advocacy, and education, they work to dismantle systemic barriers to mental health care and empower individuals to reclaim their well-being. Their therapists provide a range of services, including individual, group, and family counseling, and accept all ages and all insurances. They are located in downtown Burlington on the 3rd floor of the historic Wells Richardson Building, and also have a location in Colchester, VT.
