I work with clients who have experienced difficulties in relationships with family members, peers, romantic partners, etc. due to the effects of a range of mood disorders or trauma responses. Having an outside party to challenge generational patterns or habits can make the process seem less daunting. My goal is to walk beside you through your healing journey so that you can start feeling like yourself again. Seeing my clients find themselves is an honor that I don't take for granted.
