About Dowm East Horizons | Ellsworth

Dowm East Horizons, based in Ellsworth, Maine, provides specialized services for children under the age of 21 with cognitive impairments and functional limitations. Our social programs include both individual and group services, as well as an Autism Awareness Program. Additionally, we offer residential supported homes for adults and job coaching and employment services for adults. Our mission is to provide comprehensive and compassionate care, enabling our clients to reach their highest potential.
