They are open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm, with evening hours available upon request and Saturday and Sunday by appointment only. They can be reached at (270) 240-1076 for the Owensboro office or (270) 312-3633 for the Bowling Green office. They also offer online counseling services.
