Disability Rights Tennessee (DRT) is a non-profit organization based in Nashville, TN that has been serving people with disabilities across the state since 1978. Our mission is to protect the rights of Tennesseans with disabilities and provide no-cost legal advocacy services to more than 50,000 clients with numerous issues, including employment discrimination, safety in schools, abuse and neglect, and access to community resources and services. DRT was founded as E.A.C.H. and was previously known as the Disability Law Advocacy Center of Tennessee. We strive to ensure that Tennesseans with disabilities can exercise their rights and have access to the resources and services they need to live full and meaningful lives.
