Disability Rights New York (DRNY) is a nationally-recognized, legally-based disability rights agency committed to protecting and advocating for the rights of individuals with disabilities. We have the authority to investigate any abuse or neglect of people with disabilities, provide legal representation and engage in other advocacy activities to promote their rights. We use creative and innovative approaches to ensure that all individuals with disabilities have equal access to their fundamental civil, human and legal rights.
