The Disability Law Center of Alaska (DLC) is an independent, non-profit law firm that provides legal advocacy for people with disabilities in Alaska. Established in 1975 in response to the abuse and neglect of individuals with disabilities in institutional care, DLC has the authority to investigate and enforce state and federal laws concerning the rights and benefits of individuals with disabilities. We devote considerable resources to ensure full access to inclusive educational programs, financial entitlements, healthcare, accessible housing and productive employment opportunities. With offices in Anchorage, Fairbanks and Juneau, DLC provides legal advocacy services throughout Alaska.
