With over 15 years of experience working with youth, families, and individuals, Denise provides a non-judgmental and safe environment for self-exploration and growth. Her philosophy of therapy emphasizes holistic health, considering the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being of her clients. Denise's diverse work experience in public schools, outreach, behavioral health, and social work has equipped her to address a range of issues, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. She is committed to empowering her clients to be reflective, heal, and live a meaningful life successfully. Hunny Mitchell Therapeutic Services provides individual, group, and family counseling services, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. By building a healthy therapeutic relationship, Denise guides her clients in discovering more about themselves and their patterns of behavior, and encourages them to establish new, healthy ways of behavior. Ultimately, her goal is to facilitate the process of her clients solving their problems while demonstrating genuine concern and compassion for their dilemmas.
