Delaney provides individual, couples, and group therapy, as well as ADHD/psychological testing and supervision/consultation. She takes an integrative approach to therapy, incorporating elements of DBT, ACT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Narrative Therapy to meet each client's unique needs. Delaney's experience includes supporting those navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, executive functioning challenges, life transitions, and identity-related challenges. She is an LGBTQ+-affirming provider, ensuring that individuals' identities are celebrated and supported throughout the therapeutic journey. Iris Therapy Services has two locations: 2000 15th St N Suite 1003, Arlington, VA 22201, and 1775 Greensboro Station Pl, Ste 475, McLean, VA 22102. The office is easily accessible via metro and bus. Delaney is committed to providing affirming, evidence-based therapy services in a safe and empathetic space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
