With over 20 years of experience, she provides individualized evaluations and treatment for children, adolescents, adults, and families. Dr. Russell's office is conveniently located in the Lake Norman area of North Carolina, with easy access to I-77 from exit 30 and located in downtown Davidson. The office is also a short drive from north Charlotte, the University (UNCC), and Mountain Island Lake areas. She conducts evaluations to assess for learning disabilities, developmental disabilities, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD/ADD), anxiety disorders, and Autism Spectrum Disorders. Additionally, Dr. Russell works with clients to help them achieve their goals and reach their potential, using a cognitive behavioral approach to therapy. She has experience with BFRBs (trich and skin picking) and is training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
