She specializes in Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) and Systemic therapy, and is also trained and certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to deal with trauma. Dr. Dayton's therapeutic orientation is multicultural, considering issues of gender, culture, race, and sexual orientation that impact her clients, as well as the LGBT community. She works with individuals, couples, and families, and has a special interest in working with women, children, and adolescents. Dr. Dayton is licensed to practice psychology in TX, MA, and NH, and has Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) granted by PSYPACT.
