She provides a strengths-based, client-centered approach, incorporating elements of CBT, DBT, ACT, and motivational interviewing. Deanna is available on weekends in person and virtually, and is committed to building a strong therapeutic alliance with her clients. She is trauma-informed and ready to work with individuals who are seeking support and guidance to achieve their goals.
