He has four specialty areas: trauma recovery, including PTSD and loss, couples counseling, emotional healing, and working with children and teens. When dealing with trauma, David encourages adults to heal and move forward. He also offers couples counseling, often working alongside his wife, Julie Ann Nardi, LCC. For children and teens, David uses play, art, family, and music therapy to address issues such as ADHD, defiance, and grief. His clinic and garden are located in the heart of Missoula, and he spends half of his day working with adults and the other half with children and families. David and Julie have also developed a parenting plan, refined over 20 years, which has been used by 138 families to promote peace and harmony.
