About
He focuses on helping clients gain stability and find meaning in life through a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) perspective. This approach helps clients develop skills for tolerating emotional distress, learning to independently regulate emotions, and radically accepting themselves and their history. David also has training and experience in Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memory (RTM) and is currently involved in training and education in Jungian-informed psychotherapy. He primarily works with clients who are struggling with mood disorders and trauma, including PTSD. David's services are designed to help clients gain consistency and safety in their daily routines, understand ineffective patterns in life and relationships, and develop a greater sense of self-acceptance.
