Daphne's approach is Mindful, Compassionate, and Collaborative, and she offers in-person and telehealth services. She specializes in working with clients who are experiencing anxiety, grief and loss, depression, diversity and identity issues, attachment challenges, attention deficit disorders, medical challenges, and aging and lifestyle changes. Daphne also provides couples therapy, relationship building skills for couples at different life stages, career counseling, and parent education from birth. She accepts clients beginning at 18 and provides therapeutic services to fit their developmental and life stage needs.
