This makes a lot of sense because change is scary. It can be unfamiliar and sometimes extremely hard to adapt to. So allow me to take a moment to encourage you by providing a safe space for you to take the first step. I am committed to providing you support through life’s hardships. By working alongside you, I will tailor the therapeutic process to your unique needs as the client. During our time working together, you will experience the approaches I use mainly from an Experiential and Emotionally Focused stance. In this way, along with other methods, we will work through relational hurts and attachments, emotional responses, and deal with more than just symptom relief and change, but also focus on healing and growth. I've worked with Preteens to Older Adults, couples, and families struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment issues or transitions, mental crises, relational conflict and issues, loss, and self-acceptance. Hoping to empower you when navigating challenges, I'll support you in building stronger connections, and achieving your therapeutic goals.
